A solid silver ring, dented like a pebble forgotten in the pocket ofan avant-garde poet, a grey diamond – or even a black one – cut like a secret, and suddenly : you’re hooked(e). It’s raw, it’s beautiful, it’s organic, it’s one of a kind. And above all, it’s irresistibly enchanting.
The story of Rosa Maria
Rosa Maria, founder of Rosa Maria Jewellery pieces, is the kind of designer you dream about. Born in Beirut, she grew up surrounded by precious stones. From an early age, she developed a fascination with the antique jewellery her parents collected on their travels.
Instead of just making something «pretty» , she prefers to make pieces that resonate. Forget perfect lines, and well-behaved symmetry : her jewellery has soul, mood, character. They choose you, and once they’re on your finger, they never leave.
In her Beirut workshop, silver is hammered, stones are set, gems are embedded in raw solid silver, and polished, always by hand. It’s a place where cultures, languages and craft skills coexist. A true laboratory of raw emotions, unapologetic beauty, far removed from conventional standards.
The Rosa Maria style
Rosa Maria Jewellery pieces, simply defy classification. Rosa Maria doesn’t follow trends: she gets ahead of them – or ignores them entirely.
Her rings, bracelets, pendants, are set with diamonds, with quartz from another planet whose colours border on the insane, sometimes shot through with fine needle-like lines (the famous rutilated quartz), with rubies, peridots, tourmalines, garnets, topaz… Each stone is chosen for its strangeness, inner glow and unique vibration, in vibration unique.
Worn alone ? Never ! These pieces are meant to be stacked, layered, mixed, and matched. until you find the perfect composition : your composition, personal, and instinctive. It’s not a set of jewellery, it’s a signature.
