Cycling in the Sorgue area :

Take off along this lovely itinerary which goes along the Sorgue river from Isle sur la Sorgue, nicknamed the Venice of the Comtat, up to Fontaine de Vaucluse. 

Start from the town of Isle sur la Sorgue, cycling along the canals which flow through the city. Follow the fields of fruit trees as you leave the city, and cycle towards Fontaine de Vaucluse, passing the "Partage des Eaux", where the waters divide.

Enjoy a picnic on the banks of the Sorgue and take a canoe trip of the peaceful waters of the river.

Prior to returning to Isle sur la Sorgue, go all the way to the swallow-hole at Fontaine de Vaucluse, and stop in at the Vallis Clausa paper mill, at the santon museum, and at the ecomuseum.

The gondola holds 4 to 6 people plus the pilot. Don't forget your camera and camcorders
